罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼用于剖宫产麻醉的临床探究

A Clinical Study of Ropivacaine Combined with Sufentanil in Anesthesia for Cesarean Section

目的探究剖宫产手术时运用罗哌卡与舒芬太尼联合应用的临床麻醉效果。方法该次研究对象方便选择2018年6月—2019年6月入该院接受治疗的78例剖宫产妇,采用随机分组的方式将其平均分为单一组和联合组,各39例,并分别采用罗哌卡因单一用药以及复合舒芬太尼用药方式。对比两组不良发应发生情况、生命体征指标情况以及手术指标情况。结果联合组研究对象不良反应发生率(10.26%)低于单一组(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.092,P<0.05);麻醉后联合组心率、血氧饱和度、平均动脉压变化分别为(75.98±5.36)次/min、(97.33±1.05)%、(89.05±11.58)mmHg,单一组生命体征各项指标分别为(68.63±7.59)次/min、(96.25±1.88)%、(83.25±11.57)㎜Hg,联合组生命体征各项指标明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.939、3.132、2.212,P<0.05);联合组麻醉起效时间、镇痛作用持续时间、术后运动功能恢复时间以及麻醉药使用量分别为(6.57±2.45)min、(221.27±32.58)min、(318.14±23.15)min、(12.67±2.48)mL,单一组各项手术指标分别为(8.99±2.47)min、(295.68±31.99)min、(368.45±23.21)min、(16.84±3.20)mL,联合组各项手术指标均低于单一组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.344、10.177、9.584、6.432,P<0.05)。结论采用罗哌卡因与舒芬太尼复合应用的方式能够对剖宫产手术的麻醉效果起到积极作用。

Objective To explore the clinical anesthesia effect of ropika and sufentanil in cesarean section.Methods In this study,78 cases of cesarean section women who were admitted to the hospital for treatment from June 2018 to June 2019 were conveniently selected for this study.They were randomly divided into single group and combined group,with 39 cases in each group.And use ropivacaine single medication and compound sufentanil medication respectively.The occurrence of adverse reactions,vital signs indicators and surgical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions of subjects in the combined group(10.26%)was lower than that of the single group(33.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.092,P<0.05);the combined group's heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,mean arterial pressure after anesthesia changes were(75.98±5.36)times/min,(97.33±1.05)%,(89.05±11.58)mmHg,and the vital signs of a single group were(68.63±7.59)times/min,(96.25±1.88)%,(83.25±11.57)mmHg,the vital signs of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.939,3.132,2.212,P<0.05);the duration of pain,the recovery time of postoperative motor function,and the amount of anesthetics used were(6.57±2.45)min,(221.27±32.58)min,(318.14±23.15)min,and(12.67±2.48)mL,the surgical indexes were(8.99±2.47)min,(295.68±31.99)min,(368.45±23.21)min,(16.84±3.20)mL of a single group,the combined group was lower than the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.344,10.177,9.584,6.432,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of ropivacaine and sufentanil can play a positive role in the anesthesia effect of cesarean section.
