综合性护理干预在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Nursing of Neonatal Jaundice

目的在新生儿黄疸护理中应用综合性护理干预措施,分析其临床应用效果。方法方便选取该院2017年9月—2019年8月收治的新生儿黄疸患儿62例作为该次研究对象,按照随机方式将其分成研究组和对照组两组,每组31例。其中,对照组患儿行常规护理干预,研究组患儿行综合性护理干预措施,对比两组患儿的血清胆红素下降情况、首次胎便排放时间、黄疸指数恢复时间、胎便转黄时间、家长护理满意度。结果研究组患儿的血清胆红素下降程度(122.64±14.24)μmmol/L显著优于对照组,首次胎便排放时间(6.34±1.26)h、黄疸指数恢复时间(6.23±1.08)d、胎便转黄时间(28.95±3.12)h均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.341、16.282、12.803、33.216),患儿家长的护理满意度(83.87%)显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.971,P<0.05)。结论对于新生儿黄疸的患儿,采用综合性护理干预措施有利于改善患儿的黄疸情况,促进患儿尽快恢复,提升患儿家长的护理满意度,该护理模式值得进一步研究推广。

Objective To apply comprehensive nursing intervention measures in the nursing of neonatal jaundice and analyze its clinical application effects.Methods Sixty-two cases of neonatal jaundice admitted in the hospital from September 2017 to August 2019 were conveniently selected as the research objects of this study.They were divided into study group and control group in a random manner,31 cases in each group.Among them,the children in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and the children in the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention measures.The two groups of children were compared with the decrease in serum bilirubin,the time of first meconium discharge,the recovery time of jaundice index,and meconium turn yellow time,parent care satisfaction.Results The degree of serum bilirubin decline(122.64±14.24)μmmol/L of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,the first meconium discharge time(6.34±1.26)h,and the recovery time of jaundice index(6.23±1.08)d,the time of meconium turning yellow(28.95±3.12)h were shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.341,16.282,12.803,33.216),and the nursing satisfaction of parents of the children(83.87%)was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.971,P<0.05).Conclusion For children with neonatal jaundice,the use of comprehensive nursing interventions to intervene is beneficial to improve the jaundice of the children,promote the recovery of the patients as soon as possible,and improve the nursing satisfaction of the parents of the children.This nursing model is worthy of further research and promotion.
