三子养亲汤加减治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床研究

Clinical Study of Sanzi Yangqin Decoction in Treating Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施三子养亲汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法于2018年11月—2020年10月方便择取110例稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,将其以入院先后分组,每组55例,对照组实施常规综合治疗,研究组基于常规综合治疗实施三子养亲汤加减治疗,对组间效果予以对照。结果治疗后,相比于对照组咳嗽评分(1.43±0.17)分、恶风评分(1.25±0.15)分、神疲乏力评分(1.29±0.15)分,研究组咳嗽评分(0.98±0.13)分、恶风评分(0.96±0.12)分、神疲乏力评分(1.02±0.13)分均更低,差异有统计学意义(t=15.594、11.196、10.088,P<0.001)。治疗后,与对照组用力肺活量(2.52±0.33)L、第1秒用力呼气容积(1.52±0.28)L以及第1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量比值(73.24±7.85)%相比,研究组治疗后用力肺活量(2.77±0.41)L、第1秒用力呼气容积(1.80±0.35)L以及第1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量比值(86.59±8.22)%均更高,差异有统计学意义(t=4.568、5.581、8.816,P<0.001)。研究组不良反应发生率(12.73%)和对照组(10.91%)对比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.087,P=0.768)。结论对于稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者而言,三子养亲汤加减治疗可改善临床多项症状,同时也使肺功能得到改善,安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Sanzi Yangqin Decoction for patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods From November 2018 to October 2020,Convenient select 110 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected and divided into hospitals,55 cases in each group,the control group received conventional comprehensive treatment,and the study group was based on conventional comprehensive treatment,Sanzi Yangqin Decoction was implemented,and the effects between the groups were compared.Results After treatment,compared with the control group's cough score(1.43±0.17)points,nausea score(1.25±0.15)points,mental fatigue score(1.29±0.15)points,the study group's cough score(0.98±0.13)points,nausea wind score(0.96±0.12)points and shenpi fatigue score(1.02±0.13)points were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.594,11.196,10.088,P<0.001).After treatment,compared with the control group's forced vital capacity(2.52±0.33)L,the forced expiratory volume in the first second(1.52±0.28)L,and the ratio of the forced expiratory volume in the first second to the forced vital capacity(73.24±7.85)%,the study after treatment,the forced vital capacity(2.77±0.41)L,the forced expiratory volume in the first second(1.80±0.35)L,and the ratio of the forced expiratory volume in the first second to the forced vital capacity(86.59±8.22)% were all higher after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.568,5.581,8.816,P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group(12.73%)and the control group(10.91%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.087,P=0.768).Conclusion For patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,Sanzi Yangqin Decoction can improve a number of clinical symptoms,but also improve lung function,and has good safety.
