摘要
目的分析甲状腺结节钙化在超声诊断甲状腺癌中的效果。方法该研究择取2018年1月—2019年3月来该院接受疾病治疗的97例甲状腺结节患者为研究样本。针对于前来就诊的患者,应用PHILIPS公司所生产的iu22型多普勒彩超诊断设备对患者开展检查、分析结果。结果经超声检查发现良性结节共计57例、恶性结节共计40例。相较于良性结节,恶性结节微钙化以及单发钙化结节比例明显更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.189、5.717,P<0.05)。对超声结果进行分析,结果表明:相较于多发结节患者而言,单发结节患者中甲状腺癌比例明显更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.281,P<0.05)。恶性结节患者中,未分化癌(MCC)共计4例、嗜酸细胞癌(ATC)共计4例、髓样癌(MTC)5例、滤泡型甲状腺癌(FTC)11例、乳头状癌(PTC)16例。结论甲状腺结节患者的结节钙化水平可被视为诊断甲状腺恶性肿瘤的重要判断指标。其有助于为甲状腺恶性肿瘤患者开展及时有效的诊断和治疗,进一步促进其疾病转归,防止疾病深度发展。
Objective To analyze the effect of thyroid nodule calcification in the ultrasound diagnosis of thyroid cancer.Methods In this study,97 patients with thyroid nodules who came to the hospital for treatment of diseases from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study samples.For patients who come to see a doctor,the iu22 Doppler color Doppler diagnostic equipment produced by PHILIPS was used to examine and analyze the results of patients.Results 57 cases of benign nodules and 40 cases of malignant nodules were found by ultrasound examination.Compared with benign nodules,the proportion of malignant nodules with microcalcification and single calcified nodules was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.189,5.717,P<0.05).Analysis of ultrasound results showed that compared with patients with multiple nodules,the proportion of thyroid cancer in patients with single nodules was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.281,P<0.05).Among patients with malignant sarcoidosis,there were 4 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma(MCC),4 cases of eosinophilic carcinoma(ATC),5 cases of medullary carcinoma(MTC),11 cases of follicular thyroid carcinoma(FTC),and papillary 16 cases of cancer(PTC).Conclusion The calcification level of nodules in patients with thyroid nodules can be regarded as an important indicator for the diagnosis of malignant thyroid tumors.It helps to carry out timely and effective diagnosis and treatment for patients with malignant thyroid tumors,further promote their disease outcome,and prevent the deep development of the disease.
