优质护理服务在门诊输液护理中的临床价值研究

Study on the Clinical Value of High-quality Nursing Service in Outpatient Infusion Nursing

目的对门诊输液护理中应用优质护理服务的效果进行探究。方法选择该院门诊输液室收治的130例患者作为该次的研究对象,选取时间为2019年7月—2020年5月。按照随机数表法将这些患者划分为常规护理组和优质护理组,每组65例。通过常规护理的模式对常规护理组予以护理,采用优质护理的模式对优质护理组予以护理。比较两组的护理投诉事件发生率、不良事件发生率、护理满意度。结果常规护理组的投诉事件为11例,优质护理组的投诉事件为1例,优质护理组的护理投诉事件发生率(1.5%)明显低于常规护理组(16.9%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.181,P<0.05);常规护理组的不良事件为13例,优质护理组的不良事件为2例,优质护理组的不良事件发生率明显低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.119,P<0.05);常规护理组的护理满意度为81.5%,优质护理组的护理满意度为98.5%,优质护理组的护理满意度明显高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用优质护理服务对门诊输液患者进行护理效果显著,能够有效减少其护理投诉事件和不良事件发生率,而且还能够提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of applying high-quality nursing services in outpatient infusion nursing.Methods 130 patients admitted to the outpatient infusion room of the hospital were selected as the research subjects included in this study,and the selection period was from July 2019 to May 2020.According to the random number table method,these patients were divided into routine care group and high-quality care group,with 65 patients in each group.The conventional nursing group was given nursing care through the regular nursing model,and the high-quality nursing group was given nursing care using the high-quality nursing model.The incidence of nursing complaints,the incidence of adverse events,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Results The complaints in the conventional nursing group was 11 cases,and the complaints in the quality care group was 1 case.The incidence rate of complaints in the quality care group was 1.5%,which was significantly lower than 16.9%in the conventional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.181,P<0.05).The adverse events in the conventional nursing group was 13 cases,and the adverse events in the high-quality care group was 2 cases.The incidence of adverse events in the high-quality care group was significantly lower than the conventional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.119,P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the conventional nursing group was 81.5%,the nursing satisfaction of the high-quality nursing group was 98.5%,and the nursing satisfaction of the high-quality nursing group was significantly higher than that of the conventional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of high-quality nursing services for outpatient infusion patients has a significant effect on nursing care,which can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing complaints and adverse events,and can also improve patient care satisfaction.
