2016—2017年江西省4种不同类型中医药健康服务机构运营现状分析

Analysis of the Operating Status of Four Different Types of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Service Institutions in Jiangxi Province from 2016 to 2017

目的通过分析机构运营相关指标,了解江西省不同类型中医药服务机构的运营现状。方法通过对江西省15县(市、区)的581家中医药健康服务机构2016年1月—2017年12月的运营状况进行问卷调查和访谈,收集机构运营相关指标。运用SPSS 24.0对不同中医药健康服务机构的资产、利润、收入、负债、从业人数、利润率和资产负债率等指标进行统计分析。结果4种不同类型中医药健康服务机构的资产、负债、收入、利润和从业人数的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2016年从业人数和利润率呈正相关,两个年度的从业人数与机构的资产负债率均呈正相关;养生保健机构的利润率和医药企业的资产负债率分别为各机构最高。结论不同类型的中医药健康服务机构运营状况不尽相同,相关部门应加强舆论引导,以促进中医药健康服务机构良性发展。

Objective To understand the operating status of different types of traditional Chinese medicine service institutions in Jiangxi Province by analyzing relevant indicators of institution operation.Methods Questionnaire surveys and interviews were conducted on the operating status of 581 Chinese medicine health service institutions in 15 counties(cities,districts)in Jiangxi Province from January 2016 to December 2017,and related indicators of institution operations were collected.Use SPSS 24.0 to conduct statistical analysis on the assets,profits,income,liabilities,number of employees,profit rate and asset-liability ratio of different Chinese medicine health service institutions.Results The differences in assets,liabilities,income,profits,and the number of employees of the four different types of TCM health service institutions were statistically significant(P<0.05).In 2016,the number of employees and the profit rate were positively correlated,and the number of employees in the two years was positively correlated with the asset-liability ratio of the organization;the profit rate of health care institutions and the asset-liability ratio of pharmaceutical companies were the highest in each institution.Conclusion Different types of traditional Chinese medicine health service organizations have different operating conditions,and relevant departments should strengthen public opinion guidance to promote the sound development of traditional Chinese medicine health service organizations.
