CBL及LBL教学法在消化内科临床见习带教中的运用

The Application of CBL and LBL Teaching Methods in Clinical Probation Teaching of Gastroenterology

目的研究分析以案例为基础的学习(CBL)及以授课为基础的学习(LBL)教学法在消化内科临床见习带教中的运用效果。方法对该院62名于2019年1—8月入院见习学生开展该次课题研究,随机均分见习学生为两组,31名分配于常规组,采用LBL教学法,31名分配于研究组,采用CBL联合LBL教学法。教学实施后,统计两组见习学生临床考核成绩及教学效果。结果研究组见习学生经带教后,临床考核成绩各项分值均高于常规组见习学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学效果比较,研究组各项评估得分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将CBL教学法与LBL教学法进行联合,对消化内科临床见习学生进行临床带教,可以有效提高见习学生专业水平,增强见习学生学习积极性及课程参与度,在临床见习带教中具有良好教学效果。

Objective To study and analyze the application effects of case-based learning(CBL)and teaching-based learning(LBL)teaching methods in clinical probation teaching of gastroenterology.Methods 62 students who were admitted to the hospital from January to August 2019 were involved in this project research.The students were randomly divided into two groups,31 students were assigned to the regular group,and the LBL teaching method was adopted in this group,with 31 students assigned to the study group,this group adopted CBL combined with LBL teaching method.After the teaching was implemented,the clinical assessment results and teaching effects of the two groups of trainee students were counted.Results After the trainee students in the study group were taught on behalf of the students,the clinical assessment scores were higher than those in the regular group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the teaching effect,the study group's evaluation scores were higher than those of the regular group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining CBL teaching method and LBL teaching method to provide clinical teaching for clinical trainees of gastroenterology can effectively improve the professional level of trainees,enhance their learning enthusiasm and course participation,and have good teaching effect in clinical trainee teaching.
