MDT模式下PBL教学法在耳鼻喉头颈外科临床教学中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨MDT模式下PBL教学法在耳鼻喉头颈外科临床教学中的应用价值。方法选择重庆医科大学附属永川医院2019年12月—2020年12月,进入耳鼻喉头颈外科实习的95名医学生为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=47)和对照组(n=48),对照组给予常规PBL带教模式,观察组给予MDT模式下PBL带教模式。研究分别于带教前、带教3个月、带教6个月和带教12个月考核两组学生的理论考试成绩和病例分析成绩;并带教12个月时采用自制的调查问卷组织两组学生对带教模式进行评价。结果带教前,两组学生的理论考试成绩和病例分析成绩相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);带教后,两组学生的理论考试成绩和病例分析成绩均得到明显提高,观察组带教1个月、带教2个月、带教3个月以及对照组带教2个月、带教3个月的理论考试成绩和病例分析成绩均高于带教前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间比较显示,观察组带教1个月、带教2个月、带教3个月的理论考试成绩和病例分析成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组学生对教学模式的评价,显示观察组对教学模式各项评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MDT模式下PBL教学法用于耳鼻喉头颈外科临床教学,可有效提高学生专业技能,得到学生的一致认可。 Objective To explore the application value of PBL teaching method under MDT mode in clinical teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery.Methods A total of 95 medical students who entered the otolaryngology head and neck surgery practice in Yongchuan Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(n=47)and control group(n=48)by random number table method,the control group was given regular PBL teaching mode,and the observation group was given PBL teaching mode under MDT mode.The study evaluated the theoretical test scores and case analysis results of the two groups of students before,3 months,6 months,and 12 months of teaching;and at the time of teaching for 12 months,a self-made questionnaire was used to organize two groups of students to evaluate the teaching mode.Results Before the teaching,the theoretical test scores and case analysis scores of the two groups of students were similar,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after the teaching,the theoretical test scores and case analysis scores of the two groups were significantly improved.The observation group was taught for 1 month,2 months of teaching,3 months,and the control group was taught for 2 months,3 months theoretical test scores and case analysis scores were all higher than those of the pre-teaching,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison between the groups showed that the theoretical test scores and case analysis scores of the observation group for 1 month,2 months,and 3 months were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the evaluations of the two groups of students on the teaching mode,it was shown that the observation group’s scores on the teaching mode were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method in MDT mode is used in clinical teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery,which can effectively improve students'professional skills and is unanimously recognized by students.
