迷你临床演练评估联合教师标准化患者在心血管内科临床教学中的应用 被引量:2

Application of Mini-Clinical Exercise Evaluation and Teacher Standardized Patients in Clinical Teaching of Cardiovascular Medicine

摘要 目的分析在心血管内科临床教学中应用迷你临床演练评估联合教师标准化患者的效果。方法研究样本68名选取于该院心血管内科2018年12月—2020年9月间实习的实习生。纳入对象根据教学模式差异性分为观察组(n=34)、参照组(n=34)。为参照组实习生实施常规带教,观察组实习生在参照组基础上开展迷你临床演练评估联合教师标准化患者。对比观察两组考核成绩、临床胜任能力、教学满意度。结果观察组实习生心电图操作、体格检查、病史采集、临床技能考核、理论考核成绩均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生组织效能、沟通技能、临床判断、专业态度、体格检查技能、医疗面谈技能、整体临床胜任能力均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生教学满意度明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论迷你临床演练评估联合教师标准化患者应用于心血管内科临床教学中能够取得较为理想的带教效果,有效提高实习生临床胜任能力与考核成绩,提高其对教学模式的满意程度。 Objective To analyze the effect of applying mini-clinical drills in the clinical teaching of cardiovascular medicine to evaluate the standardization of patients with joint teachers.Methods The study sample selected 68 interns who were internships in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of the hospital from December 2018 to September 2020.The included subjects were divided into observation group(n=34)and reference group(n=34)according to the differences in teaching mode.In order to implement routine teaching for the interns in the reference group,the interns in the observation group carried out mini-clinical exercises on the basis of the reference group to evaluate standardized patients with joint teachers.Compared and observed the assessment results,clinical competence and teaching satisfaction of the two groups.Results The observation group's interns'scores in electrocardiogram operation,physical examination,medical history collection,clinical skill assessment,and theoretical assessment were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's interns'organizational efficiency,communication skills,clinical judgment,professional attitude,and physical fitness examination skills,medical interview skills,and overall clinical competence were all higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction of interns in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mini-clinical exercise assessment combined with standardized patients of teachers in clinical teaching of cardiovascular medicine can achieve ideal teaching effects,effectively improve the clinical competence and assessment results of interns,and improve their satisfaction with the teaching model.
