摘要
目的研究老年病科临床带教工作中应用PBL教学方法的应用效果。方法于2019年10月—2020年10月选择该院老年病科临床专业实习学员中抽选出98名进行研究,分成两组,即常规组和研究组,各49名,常规组学员选择传统教学,研究组学员选择PBL教学,比较两组带教效果。结果研究组学员的各科成绩及思维能力评分皆比常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学员对带教教师的评价很高,各项评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学员的带教优率为95.92%,比常规组69.39%的优良率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年病科的临床带教工作可以实施PBL教学方法,其教学效果优良,是临床专业学员较满意的教学方法。
Objective To study the application effect of PBL teaching method in clinical teaching of geriatrics.Methods 98 clinical intern trainees in the Department of Geriatrics of the hospital were selected for research from October 2019 to October 2020.And divided into two groups namely the routine group and the study group,there were 49 students in each group.The students in the routine group chose traditional teaching,and the students in the study group chose PBL teaching.Compared the teaching effects of the two groups.Results The scores of the subjects and thinking ability of the study group were higher than those of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the students of the study group had a high evaluation of the teachers,and all scores were higher than those of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of teaching students in the study group was 95.92%,which was higher than the 69.39%of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching method can be implemented in the clinical teaching of geriatrics.The teaching effect is excellent,and it is a more satisfactory teaching method for clinical students.
