摘要
在新的发展形势下,高校工会应基于认真履行维护职工合法权益、竭诚服务职工群众的基本原则,开展落实各项工作。目前教师职业幸福感是社会关注的重点,通过对护理学院护理教师的调查分析,发现职业幸福感缺失的现象比较突出,而为了促进教职工的全面发展,构建人性化的教育管理氛围,促进护理教育工作的有序开展,工会应充分发挥自身作用,从多角度探究提升护理教师职业幸福感的有效路径,为更好地维护教职工权益积累经验,提高护理教师的幸福感。
Under the new development situation,college trade unions should carry out various tasks based on earnestly fulfilling the basic principles of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees and serving the employees wholeheartedly.At present,the professional well-being of teachers is the focus of social concern.Through the investigation and analysis of nursing teachers in the School of Nursing,it is found that the lack of professional well-being is more prominent.In order to promote the overall development of faculty and staff,build a humane education and management atmosphere,and promote the orderly development of educational work,the trade union should give full play to its role,explore effective ways to improve the professional well-being of nursing teachers from multiple angles,accumulate experience for better safeguarding the rights and interests of faculty members,and improve the well-being of nursing teachers.
