Investigation on the Popularization and Application of Appropriate TCM Techniques in Changzhou Community Health Service Center

目的调查常州市社区卫生服务中心中医适宜技术推广应用情况,分析适宜技术开展中存在问题,提出相关对策。方法2021年1月4—31日以常州市城区和郊区的14家社区卫生服务中心作为研究样本,发放调查问卷,统计数据进行分析。结果14家社区卫生中心开展中医适宜技术项目个数为9~46个,平均(19.57±9.45)个;近3年中医适宜技术服务>50000人次的6家,占比42.86%;相关技术人员培训次数为2~5次/年;针刺类、灸类、拔罐类技术推广率达到100.00%;平均开展科室最多的为针刺类,其次为灸类、拔罐类,最少的为肛肠类;城区社区卫生服务中心中医医师占比、高级职称中医医师占比、培训频率都高于郊区,而平均开展技术项目以及近3年服务总人次则少于于郊区。结论常州市社区卫生服务中心中医适宜技术开展较全面,服务人次多,覆盖面广泛,并且人员队伍比较齐全,队伍建设投入较多,但开展的技术项目数量、人员队伍建设、城区中医适宜技术供给能力仍有待进一步提升。

Objective To investigate the popularization and application of TCM suitable technology in Changzhou Community Health Service Center,analyze the problems in the development of suitable technology,and put forward relevant countermeasures.Methods From January 4 to 31,2021,14 community health service centers in the urban and suburban areas of Changzhou City were used as research samples,questionnaires were distributed,and statistical data were analyzed.Results The 14 community health centers carried out 9-46 suitable TCM technical projects,with an average of(19.57±9.45);in the past three years,6 suitable TCM technical services exceeded 50000 people,accounting for 42.86%;relevant technical personnel each year of training sessions was 2 to 5;the promotion rate of acupuncture,moxibustion,and cupping techniques reached 100.00%;the average number of departments was acupuncture,followed by moxibustion and cupping,and the least was anorectal;urban communities proportion of TCM physicians in health service centers,the proportion of TCM physicians with senior professional titles,and the frequency of training were all higher than those in the suburbs,while the average number of technical projects carried out and the total number of services in the past three years was less than that in the suburbs.Conclusion Changzhou Community Health Service Center has a more comprehensive development of suitable TCM technologies,a large number of services,a wide coverage,a relatively complete staff team,and a large investment in team building,but the number of technical projects carried out,the construction of the staff team,and there is still room for further improvement of the ability to provide suitable technology for TCM in urban areas.
