随着全球经济文化一体化的不断深入,以及医疗改革的不断推进,公立医院相关工作人员受到多元化思想及价值观念的影响,其自身价值取向及思想观念也随之发生了一定改变,这一变化导致公立医院党建与思想政治工作的顺利开展遇到一定难题,同时也迎来了一定机遇。因此,需要公立医院相关工作人员能够对当前形势下的党建与思想政治工作进行更加细致的研究,结合自身医院发展需求创新工作方式及内容,进而为自身医院稳定、健康发展提供保障。基于此,该文从新形势下公立医院发展变化着手,对加强公立医院党建与思想政治工作的重要性进行分析,并探究出目前公立医院党建与思想政治工作开展时出现的问题,据此提出几点加强建议,以期为推动公立医院快速发展提供一定助力。

With the continuous deepening of global economic and cultural integration and the continuous advancement of medical reforms,relevant staff in public hospitals are affected by diversified ideas and values,and their own value orientation and ideas have also undergone certain changes.This change has led to certain difficulties in the smooth development of party building and ideological and political work in public hospitals,and at the same time,it also ushered in certain opportunities.Therefore,it is necessary for the relevant staff of public hospitals to conduct more detailed research on party building and ideological and political work under the current situation,and to innovate work methods and content based on the development needs of their own hospitals,thereby providing guarantees for the stable and healthy development of their own hospitals.Based on this,the article starts with the development and changes of public hospitals under the new situation,analyzes the importance of strengthening the party building and ideological and political work in public hospitals,and explores the current problems in the development of party building and ideological and political work in public hospitals,and proposes several points accordingly,with a view to providing certain assistance to promote the rapid development of public hospitals.
