摘要
针对直埋无补偿供热管道轴向应变展开现场试验研究。采用高温应变片和无线传输应变仪对直管段供水管和回水管进行了一个供暖周期的数据测量。试验结果显示,供热管道工作时应变状态较为复杂,同一截面上的轴向应变不均匀,受温度和外部因素影响较大。管道存在随机的弯曲变形,在设计和施工时,应充分考虑以上因素,做好防护,以保证管道安全运行。
The field test of axial strain of directly buried uncompensated heat supply pipeline is carried out.High temperature strain gauges and wireless transmission strain gauge are used to measure the straight section axial strain of water supply pipe and return pipe in a heating cycle.The test results show that the heating pipeline strain is complex in working state,the axial strain is uneven on the same section,and it is greatly affected by the temperature and external factors.The pipeline has random bending deformation,therefore,in design and construction,the above factors should be fully considered,and the protection should be done to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline.
