顶管下穿高铁桥梁对桥墩的变形影响监测 被引量:5

摘要 以河北省唐山市“引邱入城”引水管线建设项目为背景,对新建顶管下穿津秦高铁(天津—秦皇岛)施工对津秦高速铁路桥墩产生的变形影响进行了分析,从影响机理方面进行了论述。利用有限元软件建立2D模型,以此为根据提出了桥墩变形监测的具体方案。通过监测发现顶进完成后顶管周围土体的应力状态需要一定时间恢复稳定,监测结果表明桥墩变形在安全范围内,达到了保证顶管施工顺利进行的目的。 Based on the construction project of“introducing Qiu to the city”in Tangshan City,Hebei Province,the deformation effect of the construction of the new pipe jacking and passing through the pier of Tianjin Qinhuangdao high-speed railway is analyzed,and the influence mechanism is discussed.Based on the 2D model,the concrete scheme of pier deformation monitoring is proposed.It is found that the stress state of soil around the pipe jacking needs to be stabilized for a certain time after jacking.The monitoring results show that the deformation of pier is within the safe range,and the purpose of ensuring the smooth construction of pipe jacking is achieved.
