摘要 集可视化、协调性、模拟化于一身的BIM技术,对项目全生命周期管理有重大的促进作用,但目前BIM技术较少应用于城市管网工程领域。以广东省某排水管道工程为例,将BIM技术应用到管网工程中,提出全生命周期管理应用方案,即在设计阶段,实现三维可视化、信息化、多专业协同设计,减少设计变更;在施工阶段,实现BIM施工模拟和成本控制;在运营阶段,实现综合BIM模型展示及排水管道检测监测等。 BIM,which integrates visualization,coordination and simulation,plays an important role in promoting the life-cycle management of projects,but at present,BIM technology is rarely applied in the field of urban pipeline engineering.Taking a drainage pipeline project in Guangdong province as an example,BIM technology is applied to the pipeline project,and the application scheme of life-cycle management is proposed,that is,in the design stage,three-dimensional visualization,informatization and multi professional collaborative design are realized to reduce design changes,in the construction stage,BIM construction simulation and cost control are realized,in the operation stage,comprehensive BIM model display and drainage pipeline detection are realized,monitoring,etc..
