摘要
介绍以Microsoft Excel软件制作S曲线的原理和方法,并将变电站总承包项目进度管理案例进行展示,对设计、采购、施工三大模块进度管理,分析项目进度管理的要点和项目进度偏离的原因,其目的是对项目进度进行有效控制,提升工程项目进度管理效能。
This paper is introduced the principle and method of S curve by Microsoft Excel software,and displays the schedule management case of the substation general contracting project,which is included the design,procurement and construction schedule management,analysed the main points of the project progress management and the reason of project progress deviation,to effectively control the project schedule and to increase engineering project schedule management efficiency.
