重度磨耗患者咬合重建及对其颞下颌关节的临床评价

Occlusal Reconstruction of Patients with Severe Wear and Its Clinical Evaluation of Temporomandibular Joint

目的:分析重度磨耗患者咬合重建及对其颞下颌关节的临床效果。方法:将某院2018年1月~2019年12月收治的82例重度磨耗患者纳入研究中,依照数字随机表法将其分为对照组和观察组各41例,对照组给予传统修复术治疗,观察组则行咬合重建治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后咀嚼功能改善情况,统计治疗效果并观察治疗满意度。结果:对照组咀嚼功效率显著低于观察组(P<0.05);对照组临床总有效率为80.49%明显低于观察组的92.68%(P<0.05);对照组治疗满意度为85.37%低于观察组的97.56%(P<0.05)。结论:在重度磨耗患者治疗时,采用咬合重建的临床效果较好,可显著改善患者的咀嚼功能,值得在临床治疗中推广。

Objective:To analyze the occlusal reconstruction of patients with severe wear and its clinical effect on the temporomandibular joint.Methods:82 patients with severe attrition admitted to a hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were included in this study,and they were divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(41 cases)according to the numerical random table method.The control group was given traditional prosthetic treatment,and the observation group was given occlusal reconstruction treatment.The improvement of chewing function before and after treatment was compared between the two groups of patients,the treatment effect was counted,and the treatment satisfaction was observed.Results:The chewing efficiency of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of 80.49%in the control group was significantly lower than 92.68%in the observation group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the control group was 85.37%,which was lower than that of the observation group(97.56%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with severe wear,the clinical effect of occlusal reconstruction is better,which can significantly improve the chewing function of the patients,and is worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.
