放射介入治疗输卵管不同部位阻塞性不孕的效果

Effect of Radioactive Intervention Therapy Therapy on Obstruction Infertility in Different Parts of Fallopian Tube

目的:观察放射介入治疗输卵管不同部位阻塞性不孕患者的效果。方法:选取2018年2月~2019年9月某院98例输卵管不同部位阻塞性不孕患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组(妇科内镜治疗)和观察组(放射介入治疗)各49例,对比两组疗效。结果:术后1年,观察组中远段阻塞性、输卵管积水性、输卵管以及附近组织粘连、伞端闭锁性患者输卵管完全阻塞均低于对照组(P<0.05);术后1年,观察组中远段阻塞性、输卵管积水性、输卵管以及附近组织粘连、伞端闭锁性患者妊娠率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对输卵管不同部位阻塞性不孕患者实施放射介入治疗,能够有效改善其阻塞率,进而提高妊娠率,效果明显,有较高的推广价值。

Objective:To observe the effect of radioactive intervention in the treatment of obstruction infertility in different parts of fallopian tube.Methods:A total of 98 patients with obstructive infertility in different parts of fallopian tube in a hospital from February 2018 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(49 cases,treated with gynecological endoscopy)and observation group(49 cases,treated with radioactive intervention)according to the random drawing method.The treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results:One year after operation,the complete tubal obstructions of patients in the observation group with middle and distal obstruction,hydrosalpinx,adhesion of fallopian tube and adjacent tissues,and umbrella end atresia were all less than those in the control group(P<0.05).One year after operation,the pregnancy rate of patient in the observation group with middle and distal obstruction,hydrosalpinx,adhesion of fallopian tube and adjacent tissues,and umbrella end atresia was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of radioactive intervention therapy for different parts of fallopian tube obstruction infertility patients can effectively improve the obstruction rate,and then improve the pregnancy rate,with obvious effect,which has high promotion value.
