阴道超声评估不孕妇女子宫内膜容受性的价值研究

Study on the Value of Vaginal Ultrasound in Evaluating Endometrial Receptivityof Infertile Women

目的:研究阴道超声在不孕妇女子宫内膜容受性中的评估价值。方法:将59例不孕妇女归入观察组,将77例健康体检的育龄期妇女归入对照组,均于2018年3月~2020年7月接受阴道超声检查,对比两组子宫内膜与内膜下血流灌注分型、内膜AUC值及Pi值、内膜下AUC值及Pi值。结果:两组增殖晚期Ⅰ型及Ⅲ型、排卵期Ⅱ型及Ⅲ型差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者增殖晚期及排卵期内膜AUC值及Pi值均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组增殖晚期及排卵期内膜下ACU值及Pi值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阴道超声能够对不孕妇女子宫内膜容受性进行准确评价,值得临床应用。

Objective:To study the evaluation value of vaginal ultrasound in infertile abdominal endometrial receptivity.Methods:59 infertile women were included in the observation group,and 77 women of childbearing age who had a healthy physical examination were included in the control group.All of them underwent vaginal ultrasound examination from March 2018 to July 2020.The endometrium and sub-intimal blood perfusion classification,intimal AUC value and Pi value,sub-intimal AUC value and Pi value of the two groups were compared between the two groups.Results:There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in late proliferation typeⅠand typeⅢ,ovulation typeⅡand typeⅢ(P<0.05).The membrane AUC value and Pi value of the observation group were lower than those of the control group in the late stage of proliferation and ovulation(P<0.05).The intimal AUC value and Pi value of the observation group were lower than those of the control group in the late stage of subintimal proliferation and ovulation period(P<0.05).The sub-intimal AUC value and Pi value of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in the late stage of proliferation and ovulation period(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vaginal ultrasound can accurately evaluate the endometrial receptivity of women who are not pregnant and is worthy of clinical application.
