摘要
目的:探讨右美托咪啶在临床麻醉中的应用效果。方法:研究对象为2017年10月~2019年10月在某院收治的150例需要实施麻醉手术治疗的患者,按就诊顺序编号均分为对照组和观察组各75例。奇数编号为对照组,偶数编号为观察组,对照组患者采用常规生理盐水实施麻醉,观察组患者采用右美托咪定进行麻醉,给药后10min比较两组患者Ramsay镇静评分,对比两组麻醉效果及术后相关指标(自主呼吸恢复时间、麻醉苏醒时间及气管拔出时间)。结果:两组Ramsay镇静评分进行对比,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者麻醉有效率进行比较,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床麻醉采用右美托咪定效果理想,具有良好的镇静作用,对于改善术后相关指标具有积极意义,值得临床采纳。
Objective:To explore the effect of dexmedetomidine in clinical anesthesia.Methods:The subjects of the study were 150 patients who were admitted to a hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 and who needed anesthesia surgery.They were numbered according to the order of treatment,and equally divided into control group(odd numbers)and observation group(even numbers),with 75 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were anesthetized with normal saline,and patients in the observation group were anesthetized with dexmedetomidine.The Ramsay sedation scores of the two groups of patients were compared 10 minutes after administration.The anesthesia effect and postoperative related indexes(recovery time of spontaneous breathing,recovery time from anesthesia,and tracheal extraction time)were compared between the two groups.Results:The Ramsay sedation scores of the two groups were compared,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of anesthesia between the two groups of patients was compared,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).All postoperative related indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine used in clinical anesthesia has ideal effect and good sedative effect,which has positive significance for improving postoperative related indicators and is worthy of clinical adoption.
