噻托溴铵联合舒利迭对老年支气管哮喘患者中的IL-6、TNF-α及肺功能的影响

Effects of Tiotropium Bromide Combined with Sulride on IL-6,TNF-αand PulmonaryFunction in Elderly Patients with Bronchial Asthma

目的:探究噻托溴铵联合舒利迭对老年支气管哮喘患者中的IL-6、TNF-α及肺功能的影响。方法:选取某院收治的100例老年重度哮喘患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组给予噻托溴铵,观察组在此基础上给予舒利迭,两组均治疗1个月,比较两组血清炎症因子、肺功能及生活质量评分。结果:与治疗前对比,治疗后两组IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α水平降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前对比,治疗后两组FEV1降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),两组FEV1/FVC%、FVC增加,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:噻托溴铵联合舒利迭可以降低老年支气管哮喘患者血清炎症因子水平,改善患者肺功能,提高其生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effects of tiotropium bromide combined with sulride on IL-6,TNF-αand lung function in elderly patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:100 elderly patients with severe asthma treated in a hospital were selected and divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)according to the method of random number table.The control group was given tiotropium bromide,the observation group was given sulride on this basis,and both groups were treated for 1 month.The serum inflammatory factors,lung function and quality of life scores were compared in the two groups.Results:The IL-8,IL-6 and NF-αlevels of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The FEV1 of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the FEV1/FVC%,FVC of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiotropium bromide combined with sulride can reduce serum inflammatory factor level,improve lung function and improve quality of life in elderly patients with bronchial asthma.
