稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗死心律失常的效果观察

Analysis of the Effect of Wenxin Particles Combined with Amiodarone in the Treatmentof Arrhythmias in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:观察稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗死心律失常的效果。方法:选取某院收治的急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者108例,随机分为对照组和观察组各54例,对照组给予胺碘酮治疗,观察组在其基础上口服稳心颗粒,比较两组疗效、不良反应,治疗前后PNN50、RMSSD、SDNN及SDANN等心率变异性指标。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗后PNN50、RMSSD、SDNN、SDANN均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;两组不良反应无差异。结论:稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗死心律失常的效果显著,可明显提高心率变异性,且安全性好。

Objective:To observe the effect of Wenxin particles combined with amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmias in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:108 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia treated in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 54 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given amiodarone,observation group were given Wenxin particles on the basis of the control group.Efficacy and adverse reactions,PNN50,RMSSD,SDNN and SDANN before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,PNN50,RMSSD,SDNN and SDANN of observation group were obviously higher than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion:There is a remarkable effect of Wenxin particles combined with amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmias in patients with acute myocardial infarction,which can obviously increase heart rate variability,with better safety.
