摘要 目的:评价肺癌早期诊断及疗效评估中CT新技术的应用价值。方法:实验时间确定在2018年1月~2020年1月期间,抽取该阶段肺癌早期患者40例,两组患者均实施X线检查(X线组)与CT(CT组)检查,对比两组检查征象、结节、类型以及疾病治疗有效率。结果:CT组分叶征、空洞征、毛刺征、胸水征各征象检出率均高于X线组(P<0.05);CT组非实性结节、部分实性结节检出率高于X线组(P<0.05),实性结节检出率与X线组无差异(P>0.05);CT组周围型肺癌、中央型肺癌、弥漫型肺癌检出率以及总体准确率均高于X线组(P<0.05);CT组疾病干预后治疗有效率为67.50%,X线组为40.00%,CT组高于X线组(P<0.05)。结论:肺癌早期诊断及疗效评估中CT新技术可以更加准确的区分各种征象,显示结节情况,实现疾病更加有效的指导,对于疾病治疗有效率的提升具有积极作用,因此可以进行临床的推广普及。 Objective:To evaluate the application value of new CT techniques in the early diagnosis and efficacy assessment of lung cancer.Methods:The experimental time was determined between January 2018 and January 2020,40 patients in the early stage of lung cancer were sampled from this stage,and X-ray examination(X-ray group)versus CT(CT group)was implemented in both groups,then the examination signs,nodule,type and effective rate of disease treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:In the CT group,all signs including lobulation sign,cavitation sign,hair prick sign and hydrothorax sign were detected more frequently than in the X-ray group(P<0.05).The detection rate of non solid nodules and partial solid nodules in the CT group was higher than that in the X-ray group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the detection rate of solid nodules between the two groups(P>0.05).The detection rate of peripheral lung cancer,central lung cancer,diffuse lung cancer and overall accuracy in the CT group were higher than those in the X-ray group(P<0.05).Treatment efficiency after disease intervention in the CT group was 67.50%,and 40.00%in X-ray group,and the CT group was higher than X-ray group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new technique of CT in the early diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of lung cancer can distinguish various signs more accurately,show the situation of nodules,realize more effective guidance of the disease,and has a positive effect on the promotion of the effective rate of disease treatment.Therefore,it can be generalized for clinical use.
