康复辅具在脑瘫儿童中的应用效果及对FMFM、GMFM评分的影响研究

Study on the Application Effect of Rehabilitation Aids in Children with Cerebral Palsy and Its Influence on FMFM and GMFM Scores

目的:分析康复辅具的应用方法及在脑瘫儿童康复中的应用价值。方法:将2018年3月~2020年1月某院接收的70例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分为研究组和对照组各35例,对照组开展单一的现代康复治疗,研究组则使用康复辅具进行治疗,统计两组患儿治疗效果、精细运动能力测试(FMFM)、粗大运动能力测试(GMFM)评分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患儿FMFM、GMFM评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:于脑瘫患儿康复治疗过程中应用康复辅具有助于改善患儿运动能力,提高患儿治疗有效率。

Objective:To analyze the application of rehabilitation aids and its value in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.Methods:From March 2018 to January 2020,70 children with spastic cerebral palsy treated in a hospital were randomly divided into the research group(35 cases)and the control group(35 cases).The control group received single modern rehabilitation therapy,while the research group was treated with rehabilitation aids.The treatment effect,fine motor ability test(FMFM)and gross motor function test(GMFM)scores of the two groups were counted.Results:The total effective rate in research group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of FMFM and GMFM in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rehabilitation aids in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy can improve their motor ability and improve the treatment efficiency.
