摘要
目的:探讨个案追踪法结合数理思维导图对骨科护士临床实践能力的培养价值。方法:对20名骨科护士采用个案追踪法结合数理思维导图进行6个月的培训,对比护士培训前后专业能力考核成绩、自主学习能力及自我效能感。结果:培训后护士操作技能、沟通能力、应变能力、理论知识得分均高于培训前(P<0.05);培训后自主学习能力测评量表、一般自我效能感量表得分高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论:个案追踪法结合数理思维导图训练可增强骨科护士自我效能感,提高其专业素养与自主学习能力。
Objective:To explore the value of case tracking method combined with mathematical mind mapping in the cultivation of clinical practice ability of orthopedic nurses.Methods:20 orthopedic nurses were trained by case tracking method combined with mathematical mind map for 6 months,and the professional ability examination results,self-learning ability and self-efficacy of nurses were compared before and after the training.Results:The scores of operation skills,communication ability,adaptability and theoretical knowledge of nurses after training were higher than those before training(P<0.05);The scores of the self-learning ability scale and general self-efficacy scale after training were higher than those before training(P<0.05).Conclusion:The case tracking method combined with mathematical mind map training can enhance orthopedic nurses'self-efficacy,improve their professional quality and self-learning ability.
