摘要
文章采用聚酯单丝设计了3种不同经纬密度和结构的三层SSB(自支撑)成形网,结合造纸企业纸机成形网使用的实践经验,每种成形网在两种不同工况下使用一段时间后,对成形网磨损原因及磨损程度进行研究与分析,对比研究了不同使用条件下成形网的外观形貌、磨损程度和透气性能.结果表明,三层SSB成形网使用寿命不仅与使用的时间长短有关,还与织机的工况条件有很大关系;相同型号成形网的使用寿命主要跟纸机速度、纸的品种与克重、生产纸种的原材料和纸机设备的工况有关;在运行一段时间后,成形网的透气性有所下降,一定程度上影响了其滤水性能.
The three-layer SSB(Self-Supporting Binding)forming fabrics of three different longitude and latitude densities and structures were designed and manufacturing with polyester monofilament.Combined with the practical experience of paper enterprises,and the causes and degree of abrasion of the forming fabrics after a period of time in two different working conditions are studied and analyzed.The appearance,attrition rate and breathability of the forming fabrics under different conditions were studied.The results show that the service life of the three-layer SSB forming fabric is not only related to the length of time used,but also the condition of different looms has a greater impact on the wear of the forming fabric.And the service life of the same model forming fabric is mainly related to the speed of the paper machine,the variety of paper and the weight of the paper,the raw materials of the production of paper species,and the operating conditions of the paper machine equipment.The breathability of forming network also has a certain degree of decline,which affects the water filter performance to a certain extent.
