星载高精度激光平移反射器设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 为了实现星载激光雷达高精度指向确定,文章提出了一种高精度激光平移反射器的设计方案与实现方法。在设计中综合考虑结构力学稳定性、热稳定性和轻量化等因素,应用挠性支撑、胶隔离连接等方案保证激光平移反射器出、入射光轴的稳定性要求;选用碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料实现激光平移反射器的轻量化设计,并通过碳纤维的对称铺层控制棱镜支撑筒的热膨胀系数。运用Hyperworks、MetroPro等仿真分析软件对设计方案进行分析计算,结果显示出、入射光轴稳定性偏差满足小于2.5″的指标要求。 In order to achieve high-precision pointing of space-borne lidar,a high-precision lateral transfer retroreflectors design and implementation method is proposed in this paper.Structural stability,thermal stability and system lightweight are considered in the design.Design schemes such as flexible support and glue isolation connection are used to ensure the stability requirements of the output and incident optical axis of the lateral transfer retroreflectors.Carbon fiber/epoxy composite material is selected to realize the lightweight design of the lateral transfer retroreflectors,and the thermal expansion coefficient of the prism support cylinder is controlled by the symmetrical layer of carbon fiber.Use Hyperworks,MetroPro and other simulation analysis software to analyze and calculate the design plan,and meet the index requirement of the deviation of the output and incident optical axis stability<2.5".
