摘要
当前云覆盖遥感影像的可用性筛选方法,通常仅考虑总体云量覆盖率,易导致影像利用率低的问题。文章提出一种云空间分布的遥感影像应用场景评估方法:首先采用光谱阈值法提取初始云区范围,并利用数学形态学方法优化初始云区范围;然后利用地理国情监测数据作为云下地表覆盖先验数据,结合云区检测范围,以单景遥感影像为单位,得到影像的可视云下地类图和云遮挡、云区连片度指标;最后结合定性和定量的评价指标,综合评估得到单景影像的优势应用场景。文章以两景不同地区的“高分”系列卫星数据对该方法进行实验,结果表明:该方法为影像筛选提供了多维度云遮挡评价指标,能够有效评估单景遥感影像的优势应用场景,可以有效地提升云覆盖遥感影像的利用率。
Utilization rate in cloud cover remote sensing imagery is very low,due to the fact that there is only total cloud cover is considered.Evaluation method of remote sensing imagery application based on cloud spatial distribution is proposed in this paper.Firstly,using spectral threshold method and mathematical morphology to extract and optimize cloud area.Then,based on geographic national conditions monitoring data,calculated the cloud coverage classification map and cloud shelter index in single scene image with cloud area.Finally,Evaluated the superior application scenarios of single scene image with qualitative and quantitative evaluation index.The methods proposed in this paper are tested by using two high resolution images in different regions.The results show that the proposed methods can comprehensive evaluation of remote sensing imagery superior application scenarios and improve the utilization of cloud cover remote sensing image.
