摘要 科学技术的发展,使各类新技术在生产领域中得到应用,各类学科技术相互交叉和渗透的过程中不仅促使了生产技术水平的提升,还使得生产工作更加完善,尤其是机械生产的领域,在计算机技术创新、数字运算控制器PLC技术应用的过程中,不仅可以提升机电一体化生产系统的控制效果,还能高效完成实时性任务,编程方式非常简单,控制精确度也较高,便利性较强,具有重要的应用意义。因此,在机电一体化生产系统控制的领域中应重视PLC技术的应用,增强控制工作的效果,提升控制的科学化程度、自动化程度,充分发挥出PLC技术的作用。 The development of science and technology has enabled various new technologies to be applied in the field of production.The process of intersecting and infiltrating various disciplines and technologies has not only promoted the improvement of the level of production technology,but also made the production work more perfect,especially in the field of mechanical production.In the process of computer technology innovation and the application of digital computing controller PLC technology,it can not only improve the control effect of the mechatronics production system,but also complete real-time tasks efficiently.The programming method is very simple,the control accuracy is also high,and convenient It is strong and has important application significance.Therefore,in the field of mechatronics production system control,attention should be paid to the application of PLC technology,to enhance the effect of control work,to enhance the degree of science and automation of control,and to give full play to the role of PLC technology.
