摘要
文章分析了典型数控铣加工的配合零件的工艺过程,针对具体的平面类配合件,制订了工艺方案,确定了加工顺序和加工路线,从而有效为复杂、精密、小批多变的配合零件加工提供可靠的参考,旨在满足高质量、高效率和多品种、小批量的平面类的配合零件的加工生产要求。
The article analyzes the technological process of the matching parts of typical CNC milling,and processes them through the CNC milling machine.For specific parts,the process plan is formulated,the processing sequence and processing route are determined,and the processing plan is provided.So as to effectively provide a reliable reference for the processing of complex,precise,small batch and changeable matching parts,and aim to meet the processing and production requirements of high-quality,high-efficiency,multi-variety,and small-batch flat matching parts.
