摘要 随着信息技术发展速度的加快和工业的发展,智能化已经成为机电制造行业的主要研究方向。现阶段,机电一体化技术已经被众多企业大规模应用于制造业,事实上这项技术的应用也已经达到了自动化和智能化水平。它不但减少了人力与物资消耗,而且有效提高了产品质量,使产品种类更加丰富。文章以机电一体化为主要研究对象,旨在分析其在智能制造中的作用,同时对其发展趋势进行预估,首先介绍智能制造的概念以及机电一体化技术的特征,然后对机电一体化技术在智能制造中的应用方式进行简单分析,得出机电一体化在智能制造中的应用可以实现远距离操控和变更经营方式,使得生产更加便捷,可以更好地推动行业成长的结论。 With the accelerated development of information technology and the development of industry,intelligence has become the main research direction of mechanical and electrical manufacturing industry at this stage,mechanical and electrical integration technology has been used by many enterprises in the manufacturing industry on a large scale,in fact,the application of this technology has reached the level of automation and intelligence It not only reduces the manpower and material consumption,but also makes the quality of products become higher and the variety of products more abundant Based on electromechanical integration as the main research object,aims to analyze its role in the intelligent manufacturing and its development trend were estimated at the same time,introduces the concept of intelligent manufacturing and the characteristics of the electromechanical integration technology,then the electromechanical integration technology in the intelligent manufacturing to carry on the simple analysis of several application methods,through the analysis of mechanical and electrical integration in the application of intelligent manufacturing It can realize remote control,change the mode of operation,make the production more convenient,and better promote the growth of th e industry.
