基于互联网的医院科室排班信息化平台的构建

利用互联网等计算机技术和手段,管理医院各科室排班,实现各科室排班网络化模式,提高排班信息上报效率,实现无纸化办公,改善排班质量。系统基于PHP语言的开发平台,以MYSQL作为后台数据库,基于医院内联网,采用B/S(Browser/Server)结构即浏览器和服务器架构模式,各科室负责人进行值班人员的填报、提交,通过系统智能识别同一天科室值班与急诊值班是否是同一个人,实现对不同科室值班人员的统一管理。解决了科室手工复制、粘贴值班表耗时长、排班不规范、统计汇总不方便等问题。基于互联网的医院排班系统的构建可提升医疗事务管理与处理效率,减轻劳动强度,辅助医疗管理。

In order to manage the on⁃duty management system of all departments in the hospital,it makes full use of the network and other computer application technologies and means to realize the mode of on⁃duty electronic management,improve the efficiency of on⁃duty information reporting,paperless office,and improve the quality of shift scheduling efficient management information system.System development platform based on PHP language to the MYSQL database as the background,based on the hospital Intranet,adopts B/S(Browser/Server)structure namely the Browser and Server structure architecture model,each department head to fill in and submit the personnel on duty by intelligent identification system and emergency department on the same day on duty is the same person,realize the unified management of different department personnel on duty.The problems of long time consumption,irregular scheduling and inconvenient statistics collection were solved.
