摘要
中小城市智能交通管理系统建设与应用与大城市有明显区别,特别在当前交通管理警务机制改革和新技术推广背景,开展针对性的中小城市智能交通管理系统设计研究具有较高理论需求与工程应用价值。本文立足工程实践结合需求分析与顶层设计等方法,提炼中小城市智能交通管理系统目标需求、设计原则、总体架构、关键建设等内容,形成了较为具体的设计思路和内容框架,可为中小城市智能交通管理系统建设提供针可操作性的参考。
The construction and application of intelligent traffic management system in small and medium⁃sized cities is obviously different from those in large cities.Especially in the current traffic management police mechanism reform and the background of new technology promotion,carrying out targeted research on the design of intelligent traffic management systems in small and medium⁃sized cities have high theoretical needs and engineering application value.Based on engineering practice combined with demand analysis and top⁃level design methods,the target requirements,design principles,overall structure,key construction and other content of the intelligent transportation management system in small and medium⁃sized cities are refined.More specific design ideas and content frameworks are formed,which can provide an operability reference for the construction of intelligent traffic management systems in small and medium⁃sized cities.
