布拉酵母菌与氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的疗效

Efficacy of Saccharomyces boulardii combined with Flupentixol and melitracen in the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome

目的:探讨布拉酵母菌联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床效果和安全性。方法:选取88例腹泻型IBS患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各44例。对照组予以布拉酵母菌治疗,观察组加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗。比较两组胃肠道症状评分、焦虑和抑郁评分、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗后,腹痛、腹泻、腹胀和粪便性状评分为(0.53±0.12)分、(0.69±0.14)分、(0.43±0.08)分、(2.01±0.49)分,均低于对照组的(0.79±0.15)分、(0.95±0.18)分、(0.57±0.11)分、(2.84±0.53)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后焦虑和抑郁评分为(7.03±1.16)分、(8.19±1.33)分,低于对照组的(9.65±1.43)分、(10.62±1.85)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均无严重不良反应发生,未对治疗结果造成影响。结论:布拉酵母菌联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗可减轻腹泻型IBS患者胃肠道症状,降低焦虑和抑郁评分,促进病情康复,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Saccharomyces boulardii combined with Flupentixol and melitracen in the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Method 88 cases of diarrhea IBS patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Saccharomyces boulardii,and the observation group was treated with Flupentixol and melitracen.Gastrointestinal symptom score,anxiety and depression score,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,diarrhea,abdominal distension and fecal traits in the observation group were(0.53±0.12),(0.69±0.14),(0.43±0.08),(2.01±0.49),which were lower than those of the control group(0.79±0.15),(0.95±0.18),(0.57±0.11),(2.84±0.53),with statistical difference(P<0.05);the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group after treatment were(7.03±1.16),(8.19±1.33)were lower than those in the control group(9.65±1.43)and(10.62±1.85),with statistical difference(P<0.05);there was no serious adverse reaction in both groups,and there was no influence on the treatment results.Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii combined with Flupentixol and melitracen can relieve gastrointestinal symptoms,reduce anxiety and depression scores,and promote the recovery of IBS,which is safe and reliable.
