丙型肝炎抗体阳性患者HCV RNA和肝功能指标联合检测的价值

Value of combined detection of HCV RNA and liver function indexes in patients with positive hepatitis C antibody

目的:探讨丙型肝炎抗体阳性患者HCV RNA和肝功能指标结合检测的价值。方法:选择于2019年9月~2020年8月期间收治的丙型肝炎抗体阳性患者120例作为资料,均行HCV RNA检测,并同步检测肝功能指标,比较不同HCV RNA结果的肝功能指标水平及阳性率,分析相关性。结果:低中病毒组、高病毒组ALT、AST、GGT均显著高于阴性组,ALB显著低于阴性组,高病毒组ALT显著高于低中病毒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ALT、AST、GGT比较,高病毒组阳性率78.57%、71.43%、64.29%及低中病毒组阳性率53.23%、54.84%、58.06%均显著高于阴性组13.33%、10.00%、23.33%,高病毒组ALT阳性率显著高于低中病毒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HCV RNA与ALT、AST、GGT水平呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HCV RNA、肝功能指标联合检测在丙型肝炎抗体阳性患者中可评估感染程度及肝脏的损害程度,实现病情监测及预后判断,应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the value of combined detection of HCV RNA and liver function in patients with hepatitis C antibody positive.Method 120 cases of hepatitis C antibody positive patients in our hospital from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the data.HCV RNA was detected and liver function indexes were detected simultaneously.The liver function index levels and positive rates of different HCV RNA results were compared,and the correlation was analyzed.Results ALT,AST,GGT of low and medium virus group and high virus group were significantly higher than those of negative group,ALB was significantly lower than that of negative group,ALT of high virus group was significantly higher than that of low and medium virus group(P<0.05);the positive rate of high virus group was 78.57%,71.43%,64.29%,and the positive rate of low and medium virus group was 53.23%,54.84%,58.06%,which were significantly higher than that of negative group by 13.33%,10.00%,23.33%,respectively.The positive rate of T was significantly higher than that of low and medium virus group(P<0.05).HCV RNA was positively correlated with ALT,AST and GGT(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of HCV RNA and liver function indexes can evaluate the degree of infection and liver damage in patients with positive hepatitis C antibody,realize disease monitoring and prognosis judgment,and have high application value.
