Objective To explored the value of early swallowing function grading evaluation and rehabilitation nursing in cerebral pawn nursing, provided theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Method From December 2018 to October 2019,104 stroke patients in our hospital were selected, used the random number table method, divided into observation group and control group, each with 52 cases. The control group received routine nursing intervention, patients in the observation group were given rehabilitation nursing intervention based on early assessment and graded management, the Gugging Swallowing Function Assessment Scale(Guggingswallowing screen,GUS)was used to evaluate the swallowing function of patients before the intervention and 1 month after the intervention, compared the occurrence of complications between the two groups. Results One month after intervention, the gus score(16.19±3.13)of the observation group was significantly higher than(13.24±3.12)of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(1.92%vs13.46%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention based on early assessment and graded management for stroke patients can effectively improve the swallowing function of patients, reduce complications,it is worthy of clinical application.
