加味化痰通络汤治疗痰瘀阻络型缺血性中风的临床效果

Clinical effect of modified Huatan Tongluo decoction in the treatment of ischemic stroke of phlegm stasis obstructing collaterals

目的观察加味化痰通络汤治疗痰瘀阻络型缺血性中风的临床效果。方法将我院的124例痰瘀阻络型缺血性中风患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组62例。其中对照组采用西药进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用加味化痰通络汤进行治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前、后的中医证候积分、实验室检验指标水平、神经功能改善效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的各项中医证候积分及Hcy、hs-CRP、S-100β水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后14、28 d,两组NIHSS评分均降低,MMSE评分均升高,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味化痰通络汤治疗痰瘀阻络型缺血性中风的疗效显著,可有效改善相关症状,降低Hcy、hs-CRP、S-100β水平,改善神经功能,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Huatan Tongluo decoction in the treatment of ischemic stroke of phlegm stasis obstructing collaterals.Methods A total of 124 ischemic stroke patients with phlegm stasis obstructing collaterals in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Huatan Tongluo decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,laboratory test index level and improvement effect of neurological function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and the levels of Hcy,hs-CRP and S-100βin both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).At 14 and 28 d after treatment,NIHSS score decreased and MMSE score increased in both groups,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Huatan Tongluo decoction in the treatment of ischemic stroke of phlegm stasis obstructing collaterals has a significant effect,it can effectively improve relevant symptoms,reduce the levels of Hcy,hs-CRP and S-100β,and ameliorate neurological function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
