沙参麦冬汤联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果及对患者免疫功能的影响

Effect of Shashen Maidong decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer and its influence on immune function of patients

目的探讨沙参麦冬汤联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取2017年5月至2019年6月我院120例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组实施单纯化疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合沙参麦冬汤。比较两组的疾病控制情况、血清肿瘤标志物、免疫功能指标、癌因性症状评分、生存质量评分、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的疾病控制率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的CD3+、CD4+/CD8+均较治疗前升高,而观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的癌因性疼痛、癌因性疲乏评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的生理、心理、环境、社会关系评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论沙参麦冬汤联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果显著,可控制疾病进展,改善患者免疫功能,减轻疼痛、疲乏症状,提高生存质量,减少化疗期间的不良反应的发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shashen Maidong decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer and its influence on immune function of patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital from May 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Shashen Maidong decoction on the basis of the control group.The disease control,serum tumor markers,immune function indexes,cancer symptom score,quality of life score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The disease control rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CEA,NSE and CYFRA21-1 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3+and CD4+/CD8+in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cancer-related pain and cancer-related fatigue in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiology,psychology,environment and social relations in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shashen Maidong decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer has a significant effect,it can control the disease progress,improve the immune function,reduce the symptoms of pain and fatigue,improve the quality of life and reduce the adverse reactions during chemotherapy.
