基于微信平台的协同护理联合反馈式健康教育对泌尿系统结石手术后患者健康知识知晓程度及自护能力的影响

Effects of collaborative nursing based on WeChat platform combined with feedback health education on health knowledge awareness and self-care ability of patients after urinary calculi surgery

目的探讨基于微信平台的协同护理联合反馈式健康教育对泌尿系统结石手术后患者健康知识知晓程度及自护能力的影响。方法选取2018年8月至2020年8月收治的86例泌尿系统结石手术患者,通过抽签法以单双号随机将其分为对照组(43例,常规护理)和观察组(43例,常规护理+基于微信平台的协同护理联合反馈式健康教育)。比较两组的护理效果。结果干预后,观察组的疾病、治疗、生活注意事项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的自护技能、自我概念、自护责任感评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的GSES、GQOLI-74评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的协同护理联合反馈式健康教育干预应用于泌尿系统结石手术后患者护理中,有助于提高其健康知识知晓程度和自护能力,也能促进患者自我效能感改善和生活质量提高。

Objective To explore the effects of collaborative nursing based on WeChat platform on combined with feedback health education health knowledge awareness and self-care ability of patients after urinary calculi surgery.Methods A total of 86 patients undergoing urinary calculi surgery from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(43 cases,routine care)and observation group(43 cases,routine care+collaborative nursing based on WeChat platform combined with feedback health education)by lottery method with odd and even numbers.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of disease,treatment and life precautions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of self-care skills,self-concept and self-care responsibility in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the GSES and GQOLI-74 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The collaborative nursing based on WeChat platform combined with feedback health education intervention applied in the nursing of patients after urinary calculi surgery will help to improve their awareness of health knowledge and self-care ability,and can also promote the improvement of patients'self-efficacy and quality of life.
