以家庭为中心的层级链式护理对哮喘患儿心理状态、临床症状改善情况、家属疾病知识掌握程度的影响

Influences of family-centered hierarchical chain nursing on the mental state,improvement of clinical symptoms and the master degree of family members'disease knowledge of children with asthma

目的探讨以家庭为中心的层级链式护理对哮喘患儿心理状态、临床症状改善情况、家属疾病知识掌握程度的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2020年3月收治的80例哮喘患儿进行研究,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(常规护理)、观察组(在常规护理基础上增加以家庭为中心的层级链式护理),各40例。比较两组干预前、后的心理状态、临床症状改善情况、家属疾病知识掌握程度。结果干预后,观察组的SCARED、DSRSC评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的咳嗽、呼吸困难、肺部哮鸣音、喘憋评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的疾病知识、服药知识、紧急处理措施、饮食知识评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以家庭为中心的层级链式护理可改善哮喘患儿的心理状态及临床症状,也能提高家属疾病知识掌握程度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the influences of family-centered hierarchical chain nursing on the mental state,improvement of clinical symptoms and the master degree of family members'disease knowledge of children with asthma.Methods A total of 80 children with asthma admitted from January 2018 to March 2020 were selected for this study.The children were divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(family-centered hierarchical chain nursing on the basis of routine nursing)according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The mental state,improvement of clinical symptoms and the master degree of family members'disease knowledge were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,SCARED and DSRSC scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of cough,dyspnea,lung wheezing and wheezing in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of disease knowledge,medication knowledge,emergency treatment measures and diet knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family-centered hierarchical chain nursing can amleiorate the mental state and clinical symptoms of children with asthma,and also improve the master degree of family members'disease knowledge,which is worthy of promotion.
