基于FMEA模式的护理风险管理在重症医学科院感防控中的应用价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨基于失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)模式的护理风险管理在重症医学科院感防控中的应用价值。方法选取2016年6月至2018年6月重症医学科收治的80例患者为对照组,另选2018年7月至2020年6月重症医学科收治的80例患者为观察组,对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组在此基础上采用基于FMEA模式的护理风险管理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的医院感染事件总发生率为3.75%,低于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员的手卫生、病房环境、护理操作、院感防控意识评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员的院感防控态度、行为及知识评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于FMEA模式的护理风险管理应用于重症医学科院感防控中,有助于提高院感防控效果,降低医院感染事件发生率,也能提高护理人员的院感防控质量、态度、行为与知识,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application value of nursing risk management based on failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)model in the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in critical medical department.Methods A total of 80 patients admitted in the critical medical department from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as control group,and 80 patients admitted in the critical medical department from July 2018 to June 2020 were selected as observation group.The control group adopted routine nursing management,and the observation group adopted nursing risk management based on FMEA model on this basis.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of nosocomial infection events in the observation group was 3.75%,which was lower than 15.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of hand hygiene,ward environment,nursing operation and the sense of prevention and control of nosocomial infection of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of attitude,behavior and knowledge of prevention and control of nosocomial infection of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing risk management based on FMEA model applied in the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in critical medical department is help to improve the effect of prevention and control of nosocomial infection,reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection events,and improve the quality,attitude,behavior and knowledge of prevention and control of nosocomial infection of nursing staff,which is worthy of promotion.
