非编码RNA在骨肉瘤中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 骨肉瘤好发于青壮年,发病机制尚不明确。非编码RNA(non-coding RNAs,ncRNA)具有调节细胞自噬、增殖、分化和凋亡的能力,在骨肉瘤的发生、发展中有重要意义。该文就微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)、长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)和环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)与骨肉瘤发生、发展的作用机制及潜在的临床应用价值作一综述。
