摘要
填料具有来源广泛、种类多样、价格低廉等特点,可大量应用于热敏预涂层。然而,在预涂层中使用的填料因尺寸大小、化学结构特性等不同,对热敏纸的清晰度有着不同的影响。文章简要介绍了多种填料的特性,并采用扫描电子显微镜对预涂纸中填料进行表征,通过不同试验手段评价多种填料对热敏纸清晰度的影响,建立了热敏纸清晰度评价方法。结果表明,煅烧高岭土在热敏纸清晰度方面性能和成本上可达到相对平衡,是更深层的产品配方优化、工艺配合改进的首选材料。
Fillers have the characteristics of wide sources,diverse types,low prices,etc.,and can be used in a large number of heat-sensitive pre-coatings.However,the filler used in the pre-coating layer has a significant impact on the color and clarity of the thermal paper due to differences in size and chemical structure characteristics.The article briefly introduces the characteristics of various fillers,and uses scanning electron microscope to characterize the fillers in pre-coated paper,and evaluates the impact of various fillers on the definition of thermal paper products through different test methods,and establishes the definition of thermal paper method.The results show that calcined kaolin can achieve a relative balance between clarity,performance and cost,and is the material of choice for deeper product formulation optimization and process coordination improvement.
