Quality Control Measures in the Mechanical Manufacturing Process

近年来,科学技术的不断进步为我国机械制造业的创新发展奠定了良好基础。尤其是在改革开放后,我国大力发展经济,机械制造业取得了跨越式进步。然而,由于机械制造涉及流程较多,具有复杂性、系统性特点,在制造过程中容易受多种因素影响而产生质量问题,无法充分满足产品制造需求。针对这一问题,机械制造业需要给予高度重视,加大制造过程质量控制力度,全面提高产品质量。基于此,文章首先分析了机械制造质量控制的意义和要点,然后总结了机械制造企业的基本特征,并结合现阶段机械制造企业存在的问题,针对性地提出了解决措施,希望能够为相关专业人士提供参考。

In recent years,the continuous progress of science and technology has laid a good foundation for the innovation and development of my country's machinery manufacturing industry.Especially after the reform and opening up,my country has vigorously developed the economy and promoted the level of machinery manufacturing to make leap-forward progress.However,because mechanical manufacturing involves many processes,is complex and systematic,it is susceptible to quality problems caused by multiple factors during the manufacturing process,and cannot fully meet product manufacturing requirements.In response to this problem,the machinery manufacturing industry needs to attach great importance to strengthening the quality control of the manufacturing process,and comprehensively improve product quality.Based on this,the article studies the significance and main points of the quality control of machinery manufacturing,and then summarizes the basic characteristics of machinery manufacturing enterprises,combined with the existing problems of machinery manufacturing enterprises at this stage,and proposes targeted solutions,hoping to provide references for professionals.
