旅游扶贫地社区参与满意度研究——基于有序Logistic回归分析

Study on community participation satisfaction in tourism poverty alleviation--Based on ordered Logistic regression analysis

以贵州省布依族旅游社区为例,构建社区参与满意度与影响因素之间的实证模型,采取有序Logistic回归分析法研究旅游社区参与满意度,一方面通过观察旅游参与满意度判定旅游扶贫的效果,一方面找出影响旅游社区参与满意度的主要影响因素.结果表明,旅游社区参与满意度整体较高,旅游扶贫效果较好;旅游参与层次越高,社区参与满意度越高;是否参与旅游决策与社区生活变化显著影响社区参与满意度;收入的变化、文化的变迁影响社区参与满意度;环境变化对社区参与满意度影响不大.基于上述结论,提出经济扶贫与智力扶贫并重,不断提高社区居民旅游参与层次;加强权力扶贫,为社区增权,充分发挥社区在乡村旅游开发中的主体地位;明确政府、企业和社区主体责任,避免当地政府与外来资本垄断旅游资源等政策建议.

Taking the Buyi tourism community in Guizhou Province as an example,an empirical model between community participation satisfaction and influencing factors was constructed,and the ordered Logistic regression analysis was used to study its tourism community participation satisfaction.The effect of tourism poverty alleviation is determined by observing tourism participation satisfaction,and the same time the main factors that affect the satisfaction of their tourism community participation are also found out.The results show that the overall satisfaction of tourism community participation is high,which reflect better tourism poverty alleviation effect;the higher the level of tourism participation,the higher the community participation satisfaction;whether or not participating in tourism decision-making and community life significantly affect community participation satisfaction;the changes of income and culture affect community participation satisfaction;the environmental changes have little effect on community participation satisfaction.Based on the above conclusions,some countermeasure and suggestions are put forward,such as economic poverty alleviation and intellectual poverty alleviation should be equally emphasized to continuously improve the level of community residents’tourism participation;strengthen the power of poverty alleviation,give full play to the role of the community as the mainstay of rural tourism development;clarify the responsibilities of the government,enterprises and community,avoid local government and foreign capital to monopolize tourism resources.
