摘要
近年来,我国跨境电子商务贸易发展态势趋好,市场对跨境电商人才的需求也不断增加。国内许多应用型本科高校商务英语专业为此调整人才培养目标,设置跨境电商课程或方向以适应人才市场需求,产教融合共同体的构建作为提升商务英语专业跨境电商人才实践能力的有效途径日益受到重视。如何构建创新型产教融合共同体成了商务英语人才培养的核心问题。探索“导师+项目+团队”的合作途径,实施“分层分类,精准对接”的合作模式有利于构建创新型产教融合共同体。
Recent years,with better development trend of cross-border e-commerce trade in China,the market demand for cross-border e-commerce talents has increased.Hence,many applied universities in China adjust their business English majors talent training objectives and set up cross-border e-commerce courses or directions to meet the needs of the talent market.As an effective way to improve the practical ability of cross-border e-commerce talents,the construction of industry-education integration development community has been paid more and more attention.How to construct an innovative community of industry-education integration has become the core problem of business English talents training.Exploring“teacher+project+team”and implementing“hierarchical classification and accurate docking”are conducive to the construction of innovative industry-education integration community.
