不连沟选煤厂末煤工艺流程升级研究 被引量:5

摘要 不连沟选煤厂由于入洗原煤煤质有了较大变化,小于13 mm粒级末煤不分选无法确保产品质量。通过对入洗原煤煤质、末煤可选性分析,以及对选煤方法分析,确定不连沟选煤厂末煤选煤工艺升级改造方案:小于13 mm末煤首先进行1 mm预湿脱泥后采用有压两产品重介质旋流器分选,1~0.25 mm粒级粗煤泥采用螺旋分选机分选,小于0.25 mm粒级细煤泥采用快开板框压滤机回收。升级后的选煤工艺有利于提高末煤质量,提升选煤厂洗选产品市场竞争力。 In order to improve the market competitiveness of washing products,better meet the needs of customers,and ensure the stability of product quality,based on the quality of raw coal,this paper discusses the upgrading and transformation of the process flow of the unliangou final coal preparation plant.Based on the analysis of the coal quality characteristics of the raw coal in the coal preparation plant of Buliangou Coal Preparation Plant,the pre-classification crushing particle size of 150~13 mm and-13 mm was used in the original coal preparation process.After desliming,the 150~13 mm particle size dense medium shallow trough was used for separation,and the-13 mm particle size final coal was not washed,the upgraded coal separation technology is 150~13 mm granular dense medium shallow trough separation after desliming,-13 mm granular pressure two product dense medium cyclone separation,coarse slime spiral separator+fine slime fast open plate frame filter press combined recovery technology.After upgrading the coal preparation process is more conducive to adapt to the changes in raw coal quality and fine coal washing occupy a favorable market,better service customers.
