Green and low-carbon development strategy of energy chemical group under the goal of“carbon neutrality”

针对当前中国面临的温室气体减排压力,分析国际国内碳减排背景,特别是大型能源化工集团面临的挑战和机遇及存在的问题,梳理出能源化工集团实现碳达峰目标和碳中和愿景的措施,提出改善能源结构、控制化石能源消费总量、优先发展非化石能源、实施节能降碳工程等措施,旨在找出适合企业的绿色低碳发展路径。

In view of the current pressures on China’s greenhouse gas emissions,analyzes the international and domestic background of carbon reduction,especially large energy chemical group faces the challenges and opportunities and problems,combing out the energy chemical group achieve carbon up to the peak and carbon neutral vision,put forward for improving the energy structure,control priority to the development of fossil energy consumption,non-fossil energy,energy saving carbon reduction engineering measures,for enterprise to find out the green low carbon development path.
