摘要
结合黔希煤化工投资有限责任公司航天炉使用三高无烟煤的实际生产运行情况,总结了烧嘴中冷夹套端面频繁泄漏现象发生的原因;并从三高无烟煤灰熔点、粉煤粒度、加压输送系统、烧嘴冷却水系统、烧嘴保护气、炉温控制、开停优化、烧嘴结构材质等方面进行优化,实现了气化装置的安稳长周期运行。
Based on the actual production and operation of the three high anthracite coal used in the space furnace of Qianxi Coal Chemical Industry Investment Co,Ltd.,the reasons of frequent leakage at the end of intercooler jacket of burner were summarized.The optimization is carried out in the aspects of melting point of Sangao non-bituminous coal ash,particle size of pulverized coal,pressurization transportation system,burner cooling water system,burners protection gas,furnace temperature control,optimization of opening and stopping,structure and material of burner.The stable and long cycle operation of the gasification unit is realized.
